Description:

The gantry-type cutting machine for the structure, horizontal span of a 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, 8m, and other specifications are driven by bilateral, stable, configuration is good, high efficiency, can be used for a variety of carbon steel, manganese steel , stainless steel and other metal materials, large, medium and small steel plate material. Can also be configured according to user requirements more than the cutting torch, cut and shaped or configured to dual-use way of cutting straight cuts, and the other optional automatic increase in power distribution system content or plasma; basic configuration: a single flame or single plasma torch with automatic ignition, automatic free increases and plasma cutting power supply.

 Functions & Features:

1). Gantry frame is made from welded steel and vibration aging treatment in order to eliminate stress, thus avoid deformation for many years use.

2). Machine driven system employ precise rolling bearing and national standard 7degree of precision gear and rack.

3). All visible structure parts and bolts are black coating or chroming treatment.

4). Machine color is blue, or made by customer requirement.

5). LCD screen computer.

6). With function of automatic punch and automatic lifting torch.

7). Adjust cutting speed anytime during process.

8). Input mode: input manually, USB flash drive input.
